She is described as an ardently devoted woman who received Rama's and blessing due to her bhakti or devotion to him.), sitting on the ground giving berries to a statue of Ram on a rock above right above her. This photo was taken at the Sabari Rama statues at Simhachalam near Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India in January of 2015.
